Heidi Ball is The Mom Coach and is committed to empowering hard-working moms to take back control of their time and their life by taking them through a simple step-by-step process. After working together, her clients are finally able to stick to a routine and actually invest time in themselves, along with their families.
Heidi is passionate about sharing what she has learned after undergoing severe burnout during her career as a veterinarian. After taking time off to manage her mental, physical and emotional health, she became devoted to supporting other moms struggling with the stress of managing it all.
After working with veterinary clients for over 15 years, Heidi honed her communication skills and often acted as counselor, confidant and educator. She now puts these skills to use in her coaching practice today. She does this by teaching transformational in-person and online workshops, public speaking and working one-on-one with individual coaching clients.
Heidi is not just committed to serving her coaching clients, but also to giving back in the world. She regularly volunteers for a local organization in her town, Neighbor to Neighbor, which provides various services, such as driving or cleaning, to local residents in need. She is also the president of the new Union County chapter of the Byron Saunders Foundation, which supplies Thanksgiving meals to needy families in the area. She truly believes that it’s our responsibility to “be the change you wish to see in the world,” and vows to lead by example.
When she’s not supporting moms to live their best lives, Heidi enjoys exploring the world with her husband and two daughters. She has a love of stories and is currently binge-watching and reading the Outlander series. Finally, she is constantly entertained by the shenanigans of her dog and two cats, along with trying to outsmart her escape artist chickens.
